    I'm new at this site, but tired of the spare "tire". Don't give up you are a winner or you wouldn't be like me changing something. Every change however small can give you positive results. We drink sweet ice tea here in Texas so for me, to cutback has been tough, but ain't nothing easy to get the results we want. Hang in there girl, cause with every positive comes a negative to deflat progress. Go to your front door, open it, and kick out those negative thoughts- that's what I do! Stay strong friend!
