8lbs to go

I started my "diet" about a month ago and it's been slow going. We are headed for the beach at the end of the month and I have 8lbs to go until I reach my goal. I don't want to lost weight the unhealthy way but would really like to hit my goal before I go to the beach. Any encouragements, tips, etc would be greatly appreciated!!!

    You could try to eliminate all sodium to your diet for one week. Drink 1 gallon of distilled water the first day. Then 3/4 the next, 1/2 the next day, and 1/4 the next. This would help you eliminate those final stubborn weight that just doesn't want to go away. But you have to make sure you do not have anything with sodium it would just ruin the whole process.
