3 Stone to Lose Binge Eating - Love some support

Hi everyone

I'm starting MFP tomorrow as I have been suffering with late night binge eating and have put 3 stone on in the last couple of months.
I'd love any tips, friend requests or help. The last 7 days Ive just been on coffee then cereal at night and haven't lost a thing thats why I decided to do this and do it properly.

Please help!!☺️☺️

    Hi, putting on 3 - 5 pounds per week is a fair amount of overeating. Plug your numbers into MFP's goal setting and aim for 0.5 lbs/week of loss and try this for a couple of weeks at least to see if you can stick to that food intake.

    If you do well and want to speed it up then you can recalculate with 1 lb/week as the goal.

    Try to get at least 20 grams of protein per meal in each of three meals a day, open your diary and see where it takes you.

    Thanks so so much will do the 20g protein, my downfall is carbs ( live bread, pasta etc!!)
