Hi everyone! I am new to my fitnesspal and determined to make some positive changes in my life to improve my overall health & Fitness. Nine weeks ago I took up walking and this week I started going to the Gym. I have had a few hurdles to jump but so far I have not let them defeat me. With the help of my daughter who is doing this with me, and personal trainer pushing me, I know I can achieve my goals. Looking forward to watching my progress :smiley:
