Does anyone have any suggestions on a good (budget friendly) HR monitor? I want one so I know exactly how much im burning...where did you get yours? how much was it? are you happy with it? does it help?

Polar FT4, it's a very accurate HRM and comes with a chest strap. I got mine for $85 on Ebay. Most retailers have it for around the same price. It's the best investment I ever made!

Go to Amazon.com. You can find lots there. I have a Polar HR monitor with a chest strap and it is worth every penny I spent on it. It was alittle over $100 but as I said it is worth every penny.

Polar FT4....love it! Got mine at heartratemonitors(dot)com Definitely worth the money! I think they are even a little cheaper through Amazon.
