I notice when I'm around friends who have watched me lose this 50 lbs....and get stuck on the last 20.... That when they see what I eat I'm much more accountable. So ....here is breakfast.

You should look into PactApp if you have a smart phone. You can be held monetarily accountable for working out, logging your food, or eating fruits and vegetables.
