    Me, too. I lost a ton of weight in college starting small. Just able to barely do one push up. Now as a 40+ mom wanting to get back in shape. Food is hard. I pray for help in reg appetite. Friend me if you like. Wish you all the best. It's worth the effort to self improve on the inside and the outside as they are complimentary. I feel good and accomplished after a workout.
