My whole life I have been a bigger girl. Well my senior year of highschool which was last year I decided I was going to change that. I started working out and eating healthy I went from 230 to 205 pounds in like 3-4 months. Then I got off track and gained most of it back now I'm 221 pounds. It took me a while to realize that I needed to get healthy and fit. I wasn't doing it for anyone else but me. So today marks the day were I start over and become the person I want to be which is healthy and fit!(: It is Harder for me though because I'm that type that loses and gains and go back and forth back and forth. So I guess we will see what happens...
