Do you have to have the "premium" to get your exercise calories to show?

No u can manually insert it in your dairy under exercise if u know the cal burn. Or If u have a fitbit that's tracking steps , you can sync them and it will do it automatically0

Only exercises logged under Cardiovascular provide estimated Calories burned. Exercises logged under Strength Training are only a log of sets/reps/weights performed and will not provide an estimate for Calories burned.0

I do CrossFit which is both cardiovascular and strength. But I don't see anything that I can log for that. Do I just enter them in my diary and figure out calories burned?0

You can choose strength training under cardio which I use but obviously it's can't be that accurate as workOuts can vary so much0
