good or bad to workout twice a day?

Thinking of adding a morning workout as well as my current evening one, but wondering whether this would help or hinder weight loss?

It wouldn't hinder weight loss - whether it's a good or bad idea how hard you're exerting yourself and what activity it is.0

What sort of workout do you do, and what sort do you want to add?0

Entirely dependent on what type of exercise, intensity and duration; along with whether you are eating enough calories to support the activity.0

Yes, depends on what it is and your goals.0

Any exercise trumps sitting on the couch. I wouldn't do high intensity muscle strengthening more than 2-3 days a week, though. I have added an after dinner walk to my routine.0

It depends on your ability. What is too much exercise? What about the professional/olympic athlete that trains hard for 4-6 hours/day? What about the person that is massively overweight and just starting to exercise? It all comes down to how much you can handle. If you want to add in another workout, start out slow and work yourself up to see what you can handle. If you feel good doing it, go for it! It can be quite helpful in getting after your goals.0
