advanced treadmill workout!

Hey guys! Just wondering can you all please leave your treadmill workout routine!? I am looking for something advanced on treadmill and something for a long time on treadmill like an hour!

I usually do an hour of treadmill and can go up to speed 11.0 on 1 incline Lol!

What's your treadmill workout that makes you so sweat by end of the workout!

    Treadmill interval for fat burn- my favorite routine is sprint in on "Oh Shi+" speed for 1min and then walk for 2min on 4mph

    An hour? Don't you get bored? Lol.
    I do less than 20 mins but its brutal - 2 min warm up at 7mph gradually increasing the incline up to incline 6, step on the sides then increase the speed to 13mph, 30 secs sprint, 30 secs rest then increase the speed again to 13.5mph now you're warmed up 30secs sprint/30secs on the sides to rest and repeat that 10 times, then one final 30secs sprint at 14mph on level 6 incline, then cool down for 1 minute and done. 12 sprints, about 15 minutes, boom.

    I use the fat burner at a level 12 @ 3.8 mph for 30 minutes. It gives me a good workout without killing me.
