    If it were an absolute emergency I'd just pop my 308 out the window and disintegrate it's head. If I had time to have a bit of fun.. The chainmaille would go on and I'd be outside with a flail taking out some latent aggression. In the absence of ammo and time, or if there was the potential of gunshots calling a horde, I would probably just grab the flail and go at it. Lots of variables to consider!
