How often should I reenter my current weight in order to recalculate my daily required calories and macros?

MFP will prompt you to update your goals for every 10 pound change; however, you can update your goals at any time.

Ok, thanks. Haven't made it to the ten pound mark yet. Just started a couple weeks ago and I'm at 5 lbs down.0

Ive lost 30lbs now and my calorie intake has only dropped after the first 10lbs its not dropped since but i still seem to be losing at the same rate.0

You may have reached the minimum daily Calorie goal MFP will provide.
Based on nutrition guidelines, there is a minimum number of total Calories per day for women (1200) and men (1500). So even if you set your deficit to lose 2 lbs. per week (a 1000 Calorie per day deficit from your maintenance), the total Calorie goal should never decrease below those numbers.

MFP will only ask to update your goals if you've lost 10lb since the last time you changed your calorie intake goals. I've messed with mine a few times and it has yet to decrease my calorie goals despite the fact that I've left them the same for over 20lb.
I don't mind though, as I prefer to lose at a slower rate as I lose weight.0
