30 Day Shred question?

I just started using this and was wondering if I truly need to do it everyday? I am currently doing it M,W,F plus cardio. Is there anyone else who does it every other day?

I did it for a while.
The 20 pounds per month is seriously impossible to achieve (in my mind).
Some people do it 5 days, some every other day some do it 10 days level 1 - 10 days level 2 - 10 days level 3.
In my case, i didn't lose pounds but I definitaly saw a difference in my toning and endurance...

I did it monday through friday when I first went through it... (took a lot more than 30 days to get through to doing level 3 completely) Now I do it once in a while mixed in with my other workouts, usually level 2 or level 3, sometimes both back to back (yea, on those ambitious days!) I don't think you "have to" do it any way and most people recommend taking at least one day a week off workouts anyway. When I did it monday through Friday I walked on Saturday and took Sunday off.0

I do it every other day, M/W/F as XT in my 5K training program.0
