A whole month!!

Just a check-in. Things that have happened in the last month:


>I started counting my calories. I have not gone a week with a net overage of my goal.
>I joined a gym
>I lift weights (for toning) 3x a week.
>I switched from 5lb weights to 10lb weights. Eep!
>I started interval training on the elliptical.
>My resting interval (every 2 minutes) went from resistance/elevation: 1 to resistance/elevation: 4
>My push interval (the other alternating 2 minutes) went from Resistance 3/elevation 4 to resistance 8/elevation 14 (working the butt, baby! stair-stepper style)
>I walked 26.2 miles in a week
>I lost 4.8 lbs, 3 inches from my waist, and 5 inches from my hips
>My pants are looooooooooooooooose and the “tight sized pants” i had are no longer uncomfortable
>I am energetic, and my skin is clearer, and I sleep better

To kick my body into gear though, I am starting a low-carb (not NO carb) augment to my diet. Perhaps I should nix the booze too, lol!

    My month has been ok, I need to get remotivated and better at logging in.
    So new month, a fresh new start!
