30 Day Shred Problem

So my remote is broken for my dvd player! How the heck do I play it without a remote?! I'll I have on the dvd player is a play, stope, pause open, close and power button :(

    I have Comcast cable and 30Day Shred Level 1 is available On Demand. If you don't have that carrier, try www.exerciseTV.com and see if you can find any portion of it there. Good luck!

    Go buy a cheap universal remote from Walmart or Target.

    On my DVD player I can use the "play/pause" button as the "enter" button. I can't do scene selctions or anything but I can get it playing.

    Do you have an xbox 360? They play DVDs. I didn't realize this until our DVD player crapped out.

    mine does that too, but I ened to be able to press down!
