Short Cardio

I feel silly tracking my cardio exercises because sometimes I only do around 10 minutes. Yesterday I did around 8 minutes on the elliptical because my sister wasn't feeling well so we cut gym time short. But I still did a 7:49 mile, so I was doing a pretty solid 7.5 mph. Both the machine and MFP said I burned around 60 calories. But is that really right? I feel like a short amount of time can't really do much.

    log all u can because u will get better and at least u did some thing....ur doing awesome keep it up!!

    I say something is better than nothing! 60 calories is 60 calories.
