Colmans sausage casserole mix

Hi im struggling to find calories for the dried packet mixes (colmans etc) thr calories on thr packet are based on prepared recipe as per the suggested recipe - i will be using my own incredients so eant to know calorie value of just the sauce mix if that makes sense
Anyone any ideas?

    I've used the Colmans packets before, there was a correct entry in the database for it. Scan the packet if in doubt, should take you to an entry that's the mix and not a recipe for casserole that involves the mix.

    ETA: Just remembered I had a packet of their Sausage and Onion Casserole mix in the cupboard, pulled it out and it has values for 100g of powder as sold, and then additional values for prepared to the recipe.

    Thanks found it seem quite high for what it is so might try making from scratch!
