Help me lose weight!!

Not sure what I can eat to help me loose weight?? I cant eat gluten,dairy, or sugar whats left??
Also I think I have adrenal defficiency fatigue?? Who can help me who knows about this?

    Unless you have medical/allergic type restrictions, you can eat anything. Its not 'what' you eat that allows you to lose weight, but how many calories you consume overall. So accurate logging and eating at a deficit. Did you set up your profile on MFP, and did it give you a calorie # to aim for?

    Eat less, move more.

    As far as what to eat, eat what you normally eat but less.

    Did a Dr say not to eat gluten, dairy & sugar? Why do you think you have adrenal deficiency? Did a Dr. tell you that?

    If this is due to a doctor's recommendation I'd have them refer you to a registered dietitian too so they can assist you with meal planning.

    I disagree with it is not what you eat but the calories you consume that what makes you lose weight. 1200 calories of whole grains, fruit, veggies and good non processed protein is so much better for you and fills you up than 1200 calories of fast food and processed food. I also find you lose more weight because you don't have all the high levels of salt, sugar and refined grains as in processed foods. Also drink at least 62 ounces of water a day. It really cleanses you!
