I have been a member for quite sometime and I lost some weight using the application on my phone paired with the website. Then something happen. Not really sure how to explain it but it seemed like I fell off the horse, so to speak, and then shot the horse.

A mistake is a mistake. Don't let it ruin the entire journey.0

Just motivate yourself. You'll regret not doing it more then you'll regret doing it! Have fun with it.
You can do it!!0 -
I know how you feel.. I'm just a giant yo-yo.. I find it so hard to stay motivated and eat right.. and go to the gym.. and have a normal life on top of 2 jobs and my gyming and eating! .. It's depressing but I'm really trying to get back on the horse.. of course i'm going camping this weekend.. that will surely not be a very healthy weekend but i just gotta do it! I'm gonna buy turkey burgers and rice cakes.. and club soda for my vodka i suppose0

Its hard........I know....The more you think about it, the harder it gets! Stop thinking, hop on a new horse and ride as fast as you can, dont look back keep looking ahead, you may fall and stumble a few times and thats ok, we all do! Giddy up!!0

We all have times when we fall off the wagon. Just pick yourself back up, dust yourself off, and keep going. Every day is a fresh start, so just start fresh. We all make mistakes!!!0

You lost focus, it's OK. We all have rough periods. Use it as motivation!!!! You can do anything, you have to want it bad.0

It's true we all fall of the horse sometimes, but you say "something happened." You should take a moment to figure out what happened. I'm not saying spend a whole lot of time on it, but def give it some thought. I have found that helpful cause then I can try to avoid that particular "something happened" next time.
You should get an accountability partner who will keep you on your toes. I know it works for me. She does not allow me to make excuses. Even when I eat something terrible too regularly I tell her cause keeping it a secret shows up anyway, whether it be in my stomach, hips or thighs... it's gonna show up.
Yesterday is gone. Today is a new day. WHAT R U GONNA DO TODAY???0 -
There is absolutely no shame in falling...the shame comes in if you stay on the ground and refuse to get up to continue the journey. Don't be ashamed.0
