I'm in. It will probably involve some dips---gym at my apartment has nothing less than 15lbs. (My guess is someone jacked the 5s and 10s). Maybe it will take some of the pain out of my glutes from yesterday's squats!0

I completed your challenge! I did it at my desk at work. I used a fat 3 ring binder with a bunch of papers in it and a smaller binder full of papers for weight! I did 20 at a time till I reached 100! Whoop Whoop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :happy: :happy:0

Hey, I didn't even know this was today's challenge and I've already done 30 (with 15lbs) at my noontime workout. I'll try and get the rest in tonight when I get home.:happy:0

100 done with 6 lbs of weights (that's all I have at home). These are a lot harder after watching the video and actually paying attention to form0

I did 100 with a 10 pound kettlebell, on top of my other strength/cardio today.0

Just finished all 100! Had to do about 60 in a row just now to get there, but so worth it! Tomorrow I will be sure to space it out a little better :laugh:0

Only did 60. Got distracted by the tornado warnings and storms in the area and forgot to do the rest. Oh well, 60 is better than none. :-)0

i definitely used my huge costco size peanut butter jar as a weight! i was laughing too hard at myself that i barely noticed i had hit 100!0

I always seem to find your challenges a day after the challenge but that doesn't make it any less of a challenge! Just finished 100 overhead tricep extensions but wasn't able to use weights as my arms burned without weights as they are very weak and out of shape! I will have to builld up to weights.0

It's Wed here in Singapore, and I'm done with my tricep extensions! Broke them up and managed 200!!0
