    Becareful. I lost weight and had mine resized, only to loose more weight and now need it resized again. As much as it pains me, I no longer wear it (actually we both dont b/c they dont fit). I hope this helps. I would try one of those bands you can put int he back first.

    Talk to your jeweler about an insert to help your ring stay on while you are working toward your goal. Or a cheap way to do it yourself is to put a couple wraps of scotch tape around the back of the ring where it can't be seen. This will help hold it on for you.
