Hey everybody. I'm trying to start losing weight again, but with school, work, and my 1 year old. It's kinda hard to balance everything out.

Hi! I work 40 hours/week, the commute takes an hour twice a day, I have a husband and a 2 yo daughter, and all the chores that come with it. I workout 30 minutes every night, I run on my lunch break twice a week. But I don't read books or listen to TV as much as I used to. I do a few hours of meal prep on Sunday mornings to avoid take out and fast food on week nights. It's about making choices and changing habits to establish a sustainable routine. It's not always comfortable, but it's totally worth it! You can do this.
