I think I have the same question.
I've taken my calories down to 1200, but haven't started exercising yet. Do I need to eat the calories that I burn in order to maintain the 1200 minimum? Will I still lose weight?0 -
Whats ur maintance calories?if ur not excersising id say atleast 600-700 under maintance... But even so ull be loosing muscle so u will look thinner but not much change in ur BF%. Excersise is important, start low about a 15min run on a hungry stomach in the morning and then add about 5min to it every 4th 5th day... If u dont excersise then you would need to do alot harder diets that take a bigger toll on ur body...0
