Okay so I went to the gym today and used the stationary bike for 40 minutes. I stayed between 78-100 rpm most of the time. I basically want to know
1. how many calories I burned?
2. If you can convert rpm to km/h
Thanks lots

Impossible to calculate as there are too many unknown variables......78-100 rpm in a low gear would be a light effort and slow speed, the same pedal cadence in a higher gear would yield very different results.0

What do you mean by gear?0

Please I just need to know how many calories I burned so I could adjust my intake0

Need to use your heartrate to estimate calories burned.0

200 calories.0

To convert rpm to km/hr you need to know the radius of the bike wheel in meters. Then multiply rpm by the radius and multiply result by 0.06. No idea how to estimate calories though.0
