Feels great but I could never squeeze it in every day. It is a great toner that I use on my non run days.

 Hey, I'm on day 9 of level 1, it does get easier, I stretch a little longer after the workout as I suffered after day 1. I have already lost a few inches, so am sticking with it. I have done it everyday

I had tried several times before to make it all the way through but always seemed to end up not sticking with it. However, I'm doing it again right now and have been doing really good with it. I haven't completed it yet, I'm finishing up level one this week and preparing to move on to level two. The first 2-3 times you do it will be really difficult, but I just wanted to assure you it does get easier. Even though the workout it intended to be done everyday, you need to listen to your body, too. If your muscles are so sore that you can barely move...then take a day off for them to rest. However, when I do get really sore like that, I find that doing some activity (but perhaps less strenous that 30DS) makes me feel much much better. It's all about retraining your body. Hope this helps and good luck on your 30DS journey! I think that you will really enjoy it if you stick with it!

Loved it. I didn't lose a ton of weight but I slimmed down and built muscles.

Level one wasn't so bad but level two is killing me, its taking a lot out of me to stick to it! I just hope level three isnt as bad! So far ive lost a few inches and steadily loosing around 2lb a week. I feel so much stronger so its worth it for just that ^^

I'm on Day 6 of Level 1 and I'm still so sore. At first it was my calves, then my abs and sides, now it's my butt and thighs. At least it's not all my muscles at the same time! I've already lost 2 lbs and an inch off my waist, so I'll definitely stick with it. And it's only 20 minutes, which feels like hours of hell.

I STARTED THE 30 DAY SHRED ON FRIDAY BUT I CAN ONLY DO IT EVERY OTHER DAY MY BODY IS TOO SORE TO DO IT EVERYDAY. I'M DOING LEVEL 1 ON COMCAST ON DEMAND NOT SURE IF THE OTHER LEVELS ARE OFFERED. IS THERE A FOOD PLAN THAT I AM TO FOLLOW WITH THIS PROGRAM AND IS IT STILL AS EFFECTIVE DOING IT EVERYOTHER DAY?

30 Day Shred is a workout by Jillian Michaels. I bought my DVD from Amazon. It's pretty intense--I never got past Level 1, but I'm thinking about going back to it since I sort of gave up on it without giving it a proper chance. After the first workout, my legs hurt for three days straight!

ok had a little set back, we've been without power since wed april 27th ( little hard to workout, not wanting to get sweaty with no hot water) hopefully the power wil be back on so I can get back to life again and my workouts. I still lost 3 pounds in the month of april. I had only did 4 workouts with 30 day shred. so I quess the soreness will return. ouch but it will be worth every pound I lose.
