Is there a way to log exercise w/o MFP adding the calories to your goal?

Would like to keep track of my exercising but don't want to see my calorie goal change.

You can change the calorie burn to 1 calorie per workout or you can upgrade to premium to turn off adding calories. You could also use another app to log exercise and not sync that app to MFP.

Log the exercise burn as .1 calorie - the program doesn't do the decimal and logs it as 0. I log my exercise this way, and usually make a note either in the exercise description or in the little note box at the bottom of the page of my actual burn, because I like to see what I did, but like you, I don't want my cal goal to change.0

Thanks! I have wondered about how to stop that too. The exercise calories are tempting me to cheat on my daily totals.0
