I'm trying to tone my thighs and there's not much to find. I have jumping lunges, squat jumps and squat jacks. Help is highly appreciated

Google Sissy squats, and goblets squats. I enjoy doing those. Weighted jump squats or Jump lunges are good too. There's really no way to "tone" any muscles, it's basically just Lose bf% and build muscle mass.0

Yup. I like these exercises, bc most of them aren't terrible on my knees, and I find it easier to activate the hamstrings with these ones:
skater squats
single legged RDLs
step-ups (I do them low, but if you use a high step, your glutes will kick in more)
box squats
wall squats against a swiss ball, with a calf raise at the top of the movement (squeeze glutes at top as well)
reverse lunges, with or without a slide (stick a paper towel under your back foot and slide it out and then back in)
co-contraction lunges
shelcs
hip thrusts and glute bridges (quads & hams get worked as well)
hip abductions (side lying or standing)0 -
I do Pilates and in Les Mills Body Attack, there are also leg exercises like squats.
I also do the following exercises for my thighs and butt (light weights, 3 repetitions of six):
- deadlifts
- weighted glute bridges
- sumo squats
- walking squats
- glute kickbacks

I would avoid sissy squats- those are pretty rough on the knees. like- for real.0 -

Did you order it off of amazon or is it available somewhere?0 -
There is a YouTube video which has all levels combined into one video, about 2 hours total. It's not high definition, but 360 for me is OK.texasf1ght wrote: »
