I always end up giving in with every lifestyle plan I take. It just takes seeing a slice of pizza and I'm back to square one why is this happening I want this so bad but can't get out of this mind zone ! I've just left my job and feel that it's what I needed to focus purely on myself I've been juggling between 2 jobs and being a full time university student so it's taken its toll but now I've quit I want to do this so bad. How do you guys stay motivated?!

You have a choice you do it or you dont. The reasons for not doing it are greater for you than commiting and getting on with it.
Ways you might improve motivation.
List the reasons why you dont wnat to be overweight and then the advantages of being your target weight
learn how weight loss works and what you need to do,
have a good plan thats easy to follow and suits you.
take small achievable steps to build up momentum and confidence.
have a stregy in place to deal with how you face situations that have derailed you previously.
Be realistic, patient and get into the mindset of not if but when
Take it one day at a time0 -
print out motivational things and stick them on your mirror or fridge or cupboards. I changed my background on my phone to a girl lifting with the quote; Discipline - doing what needs done even when you don't want too. Try and log what your about to eat before you eat it the cals might put you off. Prepare meals you can freeze so on busy cant be bothered days you just have to get it out and heat it up.
This is just what helped for me, I am also amazingly busy and work two job so I try and run in the morning its wild hard to get up at 5.30 / 6am but soooo worth it always feel good after.0 -
Eating a slice of pizza now and then is perfectly acceptable as long as it fits in your calorie goals. Addressing the stress in your life is a good idea, and it sounds like your life was pretty stressful. I know for me that I could not begin to address my eating issues until I had changed aspects of my life that caused me to turn to food for comfort.0
