Motivation

Hello there, my original weight was 120-125lbs. I had a baby and didn't pay attention to my weight. Now I am 136-140lbs :neutral: I'm only 5'2 so it kind of worries me. I am looking to get back to the 120's but It's soooooo hard! I have trouble with loggin in to my fitness pal during the weekends and that's mainly when I eat bad :( need motivation.

    Have the people around you hold you accountable. My wife, parents, friends and coworkers all hold me accountable in the case that I ever try to eat something I shouldn't. A friend of mine once told me that if you call it a diet it will be so much harder because when you put a tag on it we are bound to not stick to it longer. When people ask me if I'm in a diet I always say no because it's the truth a diet it's always short term but a healthy lifestyle.. Well it's for life

    Thanks for the advice. I am looking for a meal planner, or meal planning guide to use throughout the week... any suggestions????
