Frozen Veg Help Please!!!!

So I weighed my frozen sweet corn before cooking (80g) and entered that in my diary of but now I am wondering if it's meant to be cooked or frozen weight! It's Morrison's own supersweet sweet corn if it helps!

I weigh them frozen - anything I weigh I try to weigh before cooking - so raw or frozen depending on what condition it is sold in.0
