200+lbs to lose

I started my journey at 377 lbs I'm down 22 after about 8 weeks. Wish it was moving a little faster. I'm 39 and my metabolism is getting any better. I've been swimming a few days a week and have cut my calories to 1200 a day doing 30% carbs 30% fats 40% protein. Eating more or less doesn't do anything to help. But I'm really trying. I do need to up my work outs but knee pain prevents a lot. Any support or ideas would help. THANKS!!
