is the skinny pop popcorn from Costco healthy? it is gluten free and very low in calories with only a few natural ingredients

    check the carb count as well before you eat a whole lot of it.

    Take a look at the fat too. Low calories, but high in fat. I LOVE popcorn, as in could eat one of those Costco bags by myself in a weekend. But I try and save it for a treat because of the fat. Remember, low in calories doesn't always mean healthy.

    Instead of the bags just get some real popping corn and an air popper. A lot cheaper and you have more control of what you are eating. Plus you can mix up the flavors. My favorites are a little brown sugar and cinnamon, Cajun spice, or chili powder and cumin, dissolved in a half tablespoon of melted butter.

    Even cheaper than an air popper, is a pack of brown paper bags, that's what I use.
    I use this method, but omit the oil, I think it pops better without it.
