"Exotic" Meat?

I recently came back from Asia and had exotic meat for a few meals but I cannot find the calorie for them. I tried even googling but no one seems to know. Anyone know calories per ounce for "exotic" meat?

"Exotic" meat isn't a kind of meat, it's a class of meat. You can use something like 90/10 ground beef as a substitute, and adjust for frying or however it may have been prepared.

Don't log it. It's over, anyway. Just start logging again now.

What was the meat? Exotic isn't an animal. I had some unusual meat in Japan but it wasn't exotic - just gross.

If all you know it being called "exotic meat" then I'm guessing it could be anything! Was it white or dark meat?

I remember the health department shut down a restaurant in Everett Washington when I was a kid because they were caught with a load of skinned cats hanging on meat hooks in the freezer. I would assume (or hope) that they weren't feral cats from an alley somewhere. In some countries they are farmed like beef. It's a cultural "thang".
