Dad needs to drop some poundage

Hi. I'm a father and husband who is fed up feeling like crap and in turn not being the best father/husband I know I could be if I could get this situation under control. I was reluctant to post a photo and start sharing.....but I feel if I do I will have some sort of accountability, so here it goes.
I've been trying to lose weight but haven't had much success. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables but was overeating all the other daily food. My wife suggested I start keeping track of my calories. I really didn't feel like it at first...but I found this website and have grown to like logging my food intake and exercise. It was definitely an eye opener.
I really found encouragement browsing all the success stories/photos!
I've been logging for about a month now, missing a day here and there. My goal is to log my info everyday and lose 40lbs by February 2016.
Help hold me accountable please.
