    I've been a vegetarian for 20 years! Just moved to vegan as I'm breastfeeding my son who has an apparent allergy to dairy.

    I have been vegan for a little more than a couple of years. I am always under the recommended protein amount on here. What are the leanest forms of protein you guys use?
