If you had to guess.. How many calories do you think are in a medium iced caramel swirl extra extra... I have no clue. Not something i have too too often but i would like to have a good guesstimate for when i do. Thanks

Btw, if you really love cold but sweet coffee drinks -- one potential way you could have a treat without splurging 500 calories is to order a regular iced coffee -- then just add in vanilla soy milk. the sweetness is subtle and adds a nutty flavor. And can save you a ton of calories.

they are 400-500 calories depending on if you get them with milk or cream. I usually get a medium iced coffee with sugar free toasted almond flavor shot, equal and a splash of skim milk for approx. 50 calories.
