Mid 30's from Oklahoma - Needing to drop 60lbs

I turn 36 next week, married father of three kids. Work, stress, and life has attributed to me gaining over 60lbs over the past three years. I'm currently sitting just over 260, and would really love to get back under 200lbs.
Gaining this weight makes me miserable. I'm a competitive guy and love have "Accountability Friends" to help push each other. I'll be reducing calorie intake, and exercising daily.
Look forward to meeting some new people.

You can do it! 60 pounds is totally manageable and it'll be gone before you know it as long as you take it one day at a time. Excited to see your progress!0

Thanks, I appreciate it. I know it's attainable, just have to be smart with diet and exercise.0

Sounds like you've got the drive for it; and from the look of your profile pic you've my kind of sense of humor! Friend me if you'd like and good luck!0

Sounds like we are in a similar situation. I really don't want to be a sad sack around my kids.0
