Whomever said fitness at 50 I would get easier with time was sadly mistaken. My journey began this past January and today I have lost 92 pounds. Each pound was a battle and hard-won. Now saying this the benefits have been outstanding first, I have got off all high blood pressure medication. At that time I was diagnosed as prediabetic as of today nowhere near that. This journey although sometimes difficult I have rediscovered myself for the love of fitness that I have lost your depression and self loathing from gaining weight. The motivation I have now is that I look forward to the gym each day as well as more enjoyment of the food I am now eating. My Jim family you know the people you see daily that you not your head that or give words of encouragement to have been my motivational factor in the past couple months. Especially when someone comes up to you that you don't even know and has noticed the hard work and effort and weight loss. I hope my words to many of you that when you see the somebody going that extra mile or has loss few a pounds tell them that has been what drives me especially when I'm feeling down.

I hear you and hope people will see this as well; nothing makes you feel better than this accomplishment because no one else can do it! You are on your own and battle against yourself and your limits. But as much as you have to pay, the reward feel so good that it gives you the motivation, inspiration and desire to carry on!! Well done!
