Age 47 starting at 265 lbs with 100+ lbs to lose

Would like to connect with other MFP pals to keep motivated. My current goals are:

1. Reach 210 lbs by end of 2015
2. Lose 100 lbs / reach 165 lbs by July 2016

3. Run a marathon **
