Hello my name is Donna, I have been on and off MFP for about 3yrs but this time im here to stay. I really need to start being constant in tracking what I eat I exercise 5/6 times a week right now I'm jus stuck at losing my last 20lbs it's so hard. Hope I meet some positive people that can keep me motivated so LET'S be frenz n help each other through this journey

Hello Donna! I too off been off and on MFP. I also have been off and on eating healthy. Over the past few years I found the weight I lost. Time to get back in a healthy lifestyle! Lets do this thing!0

Hi Donna! I've been a member of MFP since 2011 and it had really changed my life! I at one point lost almost 60 lbs! Life gets in the way sometimes though, and I'm back to having lost 25 lbs now, but I'm still rocking and rolling! I found a new wind this past month and I'm back in the saddle again!
