I have been the fat girl all my life. I had a hard time in middle and high school. I was bullied. People called me names. I didnt want to go to school. My only escape was food. I had a few friends but after high school we never spoke again. I went to work For 3 years and then got laid off. I havent been back to work in 5 years. I gained more and more weight. I became depressed. My anxiety got way out of control. I took anti anxiety meds every day and i wasn't prescribed them. I just finally needed a change. I went to the dr and i now have been off anxiety meds for six months. And i take prozac daily and i feel great. Now i have the motivation to make a big change in my life. I have never been more motivated than i am now. I feel like a completely different person than i did 6 months ago. I have lost 14 pounds and i have about 60 more to go. Were all gunna struggle and want to quit but i will never quit. I do not want to go back to those dark days. I am very excited to what the future holds for me. Im only 26 years old and i have a whole life ahead of me. Feel free to add me everybody!

I was active duty military for 10 years. I could eat what ever I wanted because my activity level was through the roof. I went from 250 to 365 in about 7 years after getting out. I'm 6'6 so 250 looked good. My weight dictated what vehicles I could drive, which jobs I could work and what fun activities I could enjoy. Finding clothes was a nightmare. 48x36 jeans and 4xlt shirts are hard to find. I even sold my beloved Ducati 1098 ST4 because I was too heavy to ride it. I tried to teach my children to water ski only to find out that I could no longer waterski. At age 38 I figured that I might be to far gone and too old to turn it around but my doctor gave me some really bad news about my physical. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, and border line diabetic. I found this out at age 37 and my wife gave birth to my daughter 2 weeks later. 18 years to see her through high school, another 5 for college, meet the right guy, buy a house, marriage, and then grand babies. If I wanted to experience my daughters life I need to live at least 28 years. Aug 1st 2014 to Aug 1 2015 I lost 135 lbs. 48 inch waist to 34. My blood work comes back perfect and my doctor says I should be around for a long time. It's all about what motivates you.
