Weight loss not being linear

Just sharing what's been happening with me. Twice I a row I've lost 0 in a week, and then lost 4+ the next week. This week I've lost 0 again..hoping for another big week upcoming .

Yes I agree. I have a similar pattern with fluctuations in between each low.0

I do most of my losing in whooshes. Hate the stalls, LOVE the whooshes!0

Variables in micronutrients, sleep and rest, stress, hormonal shifts, exertion on workouts, etc. all contribute. It's NEVER going to be exactly the same every day which is why weight loss isn't linear even though someone may eat exactly the same week to week.
