I lost 4.5 pounds already!!!!!!

:happy: Yay! In the first 4 days I lost 4.5 pounds.. that was the day before yesterday and I haven't weighed myself since then, I am gonna weigh in a couple days.. but seriously, 4.5 lbs. in 4 days! Is that a good thing? I haven't starved myself and haven't worked out too much, either, how am I doing this? It's kinda confusing... someone know why? I don't lol but yay losing weight!!!!!!!

    When I first started I lost a lot of weight quickly - it's mainly water weight, plus the change in eating habits, so don't worry :flowerforyou:

    Yep, I agree its mostly water weight...you've shaken your body up so to speak lol, but hey to me pounds gone is pounds gone!!:happy: Good for you!!:flowerforyou: Keep up the great work!:drinker:

    WTG!!! I agree, my 1st week I usually lose 3-4 lbs. I haven't weighed myself yet but I only started friday so we'll see in a few days.
    But good start, definitely gets you motivated for the rest
