Long journey about a year to get it done. Starting weight 388,surgery weight 364 now 303 surgery was 5/26/15 best decision I ever made

    Congrats!!! I've just started my journey...I'm hoping to have the Gastric Sleeve done somewhere between November and January...Good Luck on your journey...

    I had my surgery done on June 30 2015. I went into surgery 295 and I'm on 270 now. I fee like I'm
    Not losing the weight as fast as I should or want to. If you have any suggestions or advice . Please help. What is your diet like? I don't want to be obese anymore.

    Hello! I had surgery June 19th. So Im almost 2 months in. How many calories are you guys meeting each day?
