Does anyone have a suggestion for a low calorie, low carbohydrate, multi grain bread for breakfast that doesn't taste like cardboard? I've been eating Milton's Original Multi grain but 2 slices are a lot of calories in the morning.

Sara Lee has a 45 cal bread. I like it, but the slices are thinner.

I'm a HUGE fan on the Sandwich Thins by Arnold. I use them for b'fast sandwiches as well as sandwich bread and boca burger bunds. They're only 100 calories and DELISH!!!

I also wanted to mention that theres a new healthy bagel called "Alternative Bagels". They are only 110 calorie (versus regular bagels that over 250 cal). They have lots of vitamins, protein and good amount of fiber. They are not as big but not as small as the small bages. They are soo good!

I use Melba toast since it comes in a variety of flavors.
