I have had it for about a month.... I do well with the containers for a few days and then I cheat! I feel like it was just too restrictive for me. That's why I just joined my fitness pal so I can track calories instead.... The DVDs that came with the system are amazing though. I am seeing results just from them! I also love the shakeology. I have friends who loved the 21 day fix and have had great results. The diet program just didn't work for me0

Starting with 21 day fix Monday. Did order the shake to get a jump start. Now that it's a few month in, how are you doing with it?0

I am on week 3 of my 2nd round. I'm down 10 pounds altogether, but I believe the reason I haven't "lost" more is that I've gained muscle in the process. I actually do not do the videos, but instead just concentrate on the gym classes I have at work: boxing, Tacfit, and interval training (this isn't a class, but a self-motivated exercise). I do have friends who do the videos and containers and love it.0

I'm on Day 9 right now but I don't weigh in again until Day 14. I've dropped 2 pounds so far as of Day 7. I didn't buy it and I don't own the containers, so I'm using measuring cups and the containers I have to supplement since I found the container measurements online. I still weigh my food though so I make sure I get a minimum of 1200 calories per day. I also do my own protein powders and refuse to buy into the whole Shakeology thing. However, I love the workouts and this has made me eat more vegetables than I used to, so I'm appreciating that and I notice the difference.0

I just got done with my first round today and unfortunately I haven't lost any weight or inches. I have a lot more muscle though and feel better all around. I am starting the second round on monday so hopefully I see better results then.0

My wife was up late one night and bought it, but once we got it and read everthing she decided not to do it. It certrainly seemed restrictive and we are looking for a long term dietary change and not some crash diet that we would gain the weight back as soon as we eat a piece of bread or a side of pasta.0

I got the whole program, I'm on Day 5. Love the videos! I like it because it reminds me to eat more veggies and protein. The vegan shakeology is tasty and the only protein powder I have found I can drink everyday with just water that doesn't have soy or whey, but it's super expensive! Other protein powder recommendations that are soy and whey free would appreciated! Pinterest is FULL or recipes that follow 21 day fix guidelines!0

There's a 21 day fix group too if anyone wants to join! Not very active right now, but it's showing signs of picking up.0

21 Day Fix is essentially a rip-off of Weight Watcher's old exchange program.....with really expensive Tupperware. Richard Simmon's did his own version (Deal a Meal) a decade or so later.
But I can't see how maintenance works using these containers....how do I eat out a restaurant? Do I sort out my entree into their respective containers? The veggies in the green tub, the protein in the red tub, the pasta (rice, whatever) in the yellow tub, and the sauce in the blue tub? After sorting thru everything...do I then know my portion size?0 -
I'm on my 2nd week of 21Day Fix Extreme and lost 7 pounds so far. I'm waiting for end of week 3 to do the final measurements.
I was very strict with my diet in my first week, but started to losen it up abit for week 2.
You get a feeling of what would fit in each container, so I find myself hardly using them. It really reminded me of the old WW program, where they used to have colours rather than points.
The videos are OK, make you sweat for sure, but I find them quite boring in general. I started to replace them with insanity Max30, which is so fast, I don't even have time think about skipping an exercise
I also got the Shakeology pack, but I must say I don't feel any impact from it, I definitely won't continue.
What 21DayFix help me with in the end was, to get a grip on my diet and the exercise regime. I was binge eating and could not control my sugar cravings. And even though I was planning to work out that day, I always said, I'll go tomorrow instead". But with this programs requires you to work out every single day and I am now starting to crave working out, which is a good feeling. Looking forward to continue my journey with insanity Max30.
