hey everyone ! My friend told me about this app so I'm trying it out ! I need some great tips on gaining weight (good foods ) and how to maintain the weight and stay toned !

    if you want to gain weight just follow the MFP program.You put your data`s there and he will make your numbers, eat those numbers every day and you gain weight, although you need every month or so to increase calories by 100-200.You will need to eat carbs,fat and protein.Carbs are 4 calories,fat are 9 and protein is 4.

    Good luck!! I gained 12kg and am currently maintaining although I have a tiny bit more to gain which I will get round to. Maintaining won't be too hard so long as you keep eating to hunger -as you gain weight, your metabolism increases so you'll want to eat more!Eat good, wholesome food, and lots of it, make sure you're eating over maintenance, and you'll get there. Enjoy treats because you can! If you struggle with fitting it all in, add more calorie dense foods such as avocado, nut butters, etc :)
