...20 more to go. I thought I'd give this app a whirl. Calorie watching and cardio. Consistency has been the key...not over training nor under eating. Gradual changes. Health has never been better and hoping to extend that to other parts of the my life.

What has been key to your weight loss (or gain) experience?
