Figured it was time to post some before and after shots of my 1 year progress results. I still have a long way to go with muscle definition & tummy shrinkage. But I am determined!!

1st Picture taken Aug 4/10 I weighed about 260 or higher here

2nd Picture taken June 1, 2011 current weigh 231!

    WOW I can TOTALY see a difference! You are SO much toner! I think that is the major thing. You say only 29# but you look SO much smaller!
